1. What is your minimum order quantity?
We have no minimum order quantity requirement. We can carry out flexible production according to your project to meet your needs for different quantities.
2. What is the payment and terms?
We accept T/T(wire tracsfer), PayPal, Western Union and L/C. Usually the terms are deposit 30% in advance, balance 70% before shipment.
3. What is the order processing time?
All lights are custom-manufactured to order. Usually we have no finished lights in stock. Orders are normally shipped within two to four weeks. If you have a "lighting emergency" and need the lights sooner, let us know. We can frequently expedite individual orders but we won't make promises we can't keep. Orders are processed in the order they are received. In rare cases, some special items, where we have to make special materials, trim, wires, etc., may take longer than normal.
4. How to do with defects, returns and freight damages?
We stand behind our products and want you to enjoy doing business with us. If you receive damaged lights, or in the rare event you receive defective lights, please contact us immediately, so that we can correct the problem. Since all lights are made to order, we do not accept returns of non-defective lights produced as ordered, (we have no way of reselling them). Freight claims are filed by the party paying the freight charges.
